This philosophy has been the key to his success.
Combining this philosophy with his knowledge in business,
construction, finance, and in-depth local knowledge, Scott knew he
could make a difference in people's lives in a significant way.
He helped introduce buyer’s agency to the Triad area,
breaking through a foundation of thinking that had been accepted for

Scott's sincerity every step of the way.
Scott and his wife, Paula, who is also
a broker/Realtor®, team up to make sure that all of the details
involved in a real estate purchase are handled in a timely manner.
They moved to the Triad in the early 1970s after both graduated from
the University of Oklahoma. They have two grown children,
Jennifer and Mike, and a son-in-law, Paul.
While Scott has extensive market knowledge and
excellent negotiating skills, past clients will tell you they come back to Scott
because of his sense of humor and his straight talking, no- nonsense approach to
his profession. His approach to
real estate is simple. He sees
himself as more of a consultant to his clients, guiding them down the right path
with a no-pressure approach and a commitment to their needs. But he also sees real estate as the ultimate service
profession. Whether he's
crawling under a house to see what a home inspector is talking about or
suggesting financing options, he goes beyond the call of duty.
